My two year old is the first child to enroll at El Arbolito. The experience so far has been exceptional. Our toddler looks forward to going to El Arbolito each day and talks excitedly about new things she learned or new activities she did while there. The space is safe, warm, and beautiful.
It all starts with Mirian. Mirian has a clear passion for teaching and caring for kids, and a demonstrated understanding of child development. She is constantly thinking of new or different activities and consistently underscores educational themes. Moreover, Mirian is open to and solicits feedback. She's responsive to communication and collaborates with parents. To say that Mirian is a godsend is an understatement.
Our family couldn't be happier with El Arbolito. We highly recommend it.

This is a review for Mirian as my kids do not attend El Arbolito (we live in Atlanta now). Mirian was the teacher for our eldest son for a year however and did an amazing job. Our son has since been diagnosed on the autism spectrum and Mirian was incredibly caring and supportive to him during a challenging time at school.
Both our kids have also spent time at Mirian's beautiful home where she has created the space for El Arbolito. If you are looking for a passionate and thoughtful teacher and a space filled with warmth and a sense of community then I would definitely recommend considering El Arbolito.
